Community Education and Services

We offer training to many local organizations to include non-profit agencies, law enforcement, EOC, and medical services to help them better serve the hearing impaired. We also will be holding monthly workshops and seminars for the hearing impaired to help them better understand our community and how to handle certain situations. Sign Language classes are on going depending on the need. Please check our calendar and events page for information.

Client Assistance and Referral Services

Our client services provides individuals with a hearing loss the tools to be successful in a hearing world. We can assist children and families with amplified equipment, TTY's, resource material, computer access, support groups and social activities to help them better cope with the outside world. We have excellent referral sources if any of our clients need services that we are unable to provide.

Advocacy

We will work with any client who feels that have been wrongly denied access to efficient communication. We are not attorneys but we can assist with providing the proper information and/or referral to best serve our clients.

Interpreter Services

We can provide interpreting services to individuals or organizations with proper notice. Most interpreting service requires a fee and a 48 to 72 hour notice.
